- Size up at least one. Most Haul clothing is cut to Asian sizing. The size chart on the listing is the only truth; measure a garment you own and compare in cm.
- Buy basics, not statement pieces. Socks, beanies, tees, leggings, and underwear have passed; dresses and jackets have had the biggest photo-versus-reality gaps.
- Look for fabric weight or composition. “95% cotton 5% spandex” is a listing we can trust more than “comfortable fabric”.
- Use the free return window. Clothes over $3 are returnable for 15 days. Try everything on the day it arrives.
What to skip
- Shoes. Sizing has been wrong on every pair; the two-week wait makes exchanges pointless.
- Anything photographed on a model but not shown flat. The flat photo is the honest one; if it is missing, the item is usually not the one pictured.
- Outerwear and denim. Weight and construction at under $20 have not held up.
