- Match the exact model. Cases and screen protectors are listed by model name; “iPhone 15” and “iPhone 15 Pro” are different cutouts. Check the title twice.
- Cables: look for the wattage. A listing that says “60W” or “100W” is at least making a claim we can test. “Fast charging” with no number usually means 10 to 15W.
- Stands and mounts are safe buys. Metal-hinge stands and vent mounts have been consistent passes; they are simple objects.
- Clear cases yellow. All of them, eventually. At Haul prices, treat a clear case as a three-month item.
What to skip
- Wireless earbuds and headphones. Pairing, battery, and sound have failed every unit we have tried under $10.
- Wall chargers and power banks. No verifiable safety certification; we do not test or recommend them.
- “MagSafe-compatible” items without magnets listed in the specs. Often just a flat back with a sticker.
